小石原焼（福岡県）の花入れ。いわゆる一輪挿しに使いやすいサイズで、大きめのバラやガーベラ、椿などの短い枝ものならシュッと1輪で、カーネーションやデルフィニウム、アスターなどの小花なら3～5本くらいでほどよくまとまります。登り窯特有のまだらな色具合が美しく、落ち着いたデザインで花や緑を静かに輝かせてくれます。
