Soil ASAKUSA was newly opened as a Japanese tableware shop in ASAKUSA-KAPPABASHI area, Tokyo in June 2020. Each item is handmade and came from many parts of Japan, has been created by skilled craftsman with care and love. Please find something your favorite that keep you worm and brighten up your daily life.

■ご利用ガイド / User Guide

1. 商品について
・各商品の在庫は実店舗と共有しておりますので、ご注文のタイミングによっては欠品となる場合があります。
・当店で取り扱う商品の多くは手仕事でつくられています。ひとつひとつ形や大きさ、色合いなどに個体差があります。
・各商品ページの写真は、実際の商品になるべく忠実に見えるよう心がけて撮影しておりますが、ご使用のモニターなどの環境により、色味が異なって見える場合がございます。わかりにくい場合は、メール(shop@soil-asakusa.jp)またはお電話(03-5246-3852)にてお問い合わせください。

1.Informations on the products
・Inventory of each product is shared with the brick-and-mortar shop. It may be out of stock depending on the timing of your order.
・Most of the products we handle are made by hand, so there are individual differences in shape, size and color etc.
・Photographs of products presented on this site are only on a property indicative basis. Soil ASAKUSA will make its efforts to ensure that the photographs of product are as faithful as possible. But nevertheless possible that the photographs and colors of products displayed on this site does not correspond to the original products colors due to the technical restrictions of color reproduction on the computer equipment. Please contact us via Emal(shop@soil-asakusa.jp) if you’d like, and we can provide you with more detailed information.

2. お支払い方法
クレジットカード、キャリア決済、銀行振込、コンビニ決済、PayPalによる決済がご利用いただけます。ご希望のお支払い方法をお選びの上、必要事項をご入力ください。
※商品注文確定時にお支払いが確定致します。

2. Payment
The Customer can pay his/her order online by PayPal, Credit Card, Bank transfer, Mobile phone carrier payment, Convenience store payment. Please select your preferred payment method and enter the required information.(Payment will be confirmed when you finalize the order.)

3. 配送について
・商品の発送は、ご注文を受けてから1～3営業日後となります。
（状況によっては遅れる場合がありますのでご了承ください）
・ご購入いただいた商品は、日本全国および日本郵便が配送可能な世界120以上の国や地域に海外配送いたします。
・発送の際には、出荷日および追跡番号をお知らせするメールを、お客様ご指定のメールアドレスにお送りします。佐川急便または日本郵便のホームページより、商品の追跡が可能です。
◇日本国内への配送
国内の配送は、佐川急便の宅急便にて行います。通常、商品が発送されてから1～2日でお手元に届きます。ご希望の配達日と配達時間をお選びいただけます。
※地域によってはご希望に添えない場合があります。その際はメールにてご連絡いたします。
◇海外への配送
海外への配送は、日本郵便のEMSにて行います（一部の取扱いの無い地域は除く）。各国の状況により異なりますが、通常商品が発送されてから3 -14日ほどでお手元に届きます。国ごとの発送日数については、以下のリンク（日本郵便のEMSお届け日数表）をご参照下さい。

3. Delivery
・The product will be shipped within 2-4 business days after payment confirmed. (Please note that there is a possibility of delay in delivery depending on the situation.)
・Soil Asakusa can delivery all products on this site to all over Japan and to more than 120 countries and regions around the world.
・Soil Asakusa will let you know via email when we ship your order with delivery date and tracking number. The Customer can follow his/her order with that tracking number on YAMATO Transport or JAPAN POST website by Internet.
◇Delivery within Japan
Domestic delivery offered by Sagawa transport; Usually, it will be delivered within 1-2 days after the products are shipped. You can choose your preferred delivery date and delivery time.
※Depending on the area, we might not be able to meet your request.
◇Overseas delivery
Overseas delivery offered by Japanese Post by EMS service (except for some areas not handled by EMS service). It depends on the situation by country, usually it will be delivered within 3-14 days after the products are shipped. (Please note that there is a possibility of delay in delivery depending on the situation.)

5. 梱包資材の再利用について
Soil浅草では、資源の有効利用および環境保護のため、プラスチック製梱包資材（発砲シートやプチプチ）の再利用を行っております。ご理解いただけますようお願いいたします。
ギフト利用など、新しい資材での梱包をご希望の際は、お知らせください。
※再利用する資材は、主に各窯元から届く商品の梱包に使用されていたものです。極端にダメージのあるものや文字が書かれたもの、汚れたものなどは取り除いて再利用いたします。

5. Reuse of packaging materials
Soil Asakusa is reusing the plastic packaging materials (foam sheet and bubble wrap etc.) for effective use of resources and environmental protection. Please let us know if you require the wrapping by new materials for gift use etc.

6.ギフトラッピングについて
Soil浅草では、ギフト用のラッピングサービスとして、「無料」「有料（330円）」それぞれのラッピングをご用意しております。
◇無料ラッピング
無料ラッピングをご希望のお客様は商品注文時、備考欄に「ラッピング希望」とご記載ください。その際、青系 or 赤系のご希望も併せてご記入ください。
ラッピングの組み合わせや方法等、ラッピングに関するご要望につきましても、併せて備考欄にご記入ください。
◇有料ラッピング
有料ラッピングをご希望のお客様は、CATEGORY（カテゴリー）より「★ギフト GIFT」のページにお進みいただき、「有料ギフトラッピング」のページより青系、赤系、茶系いずれかご希望のラッピング方法をお選びください。
ラッピングの組み合わせや方法等、ラッピングに関するご要望は、備考欄にご記入ください。

6. Gift wrapping service
We have a gift wrapping service. The paid gift wrapping fees are 330yen.
Please click to the GIFT page via CATEGORY section and choose preferred colors.

7. 返品・交換について
お客様のご都合による、キャンセル・返品・交換はお受けしておりません。
品質には万全を期しておりますが、万一商品が破損・汚損していた場合、またはご注文と異なる場合には、商品の配達後1週間以内にメールまたはお電話にてご連絡ください（破損・汚損については、写真をメールでお送りいただくとスムーズです）。折り返し返品先の住所及び返品・交換方法等についてご連絡いたします（返品時の送料は当店が負担いたします）。
在庫がある商品に関しては、すぐに交換品を送付させていただきます。交換品がすぐにご用意できない場合には、大変申し訳ございませんがご返金とさせていただきます。返金の場合には返品商品到着確認後1週間以内にご指定口座にお振込致します。

7. Returns and Exchanges
No product will be refunded or exchanged except if error in sending products (nonconformity of product from order)by Soil Asakusa and damaged products.
In case of nonconformity of product from order and damaged products, please contact Soil Asakusa via email within 7 days from delivery (It will be smooth if you send us those photos). Please do not return the products without any contacting before.
The products are packaged so as to respect the standards of transport in force, and to ensure an optimal protection of the products during their delivery. Soil Asakusa request to the Customer to respect these same standards in the case of a product being returned. Any damage noted to a product arising from the product not being repackaged properly may lead to an only partial refund, or no refund in the event of the impossibility of resale in its state.
The Client must return the products unused. Soil Asakusa will take charge of return costs and will send a replacement product as soon as possible in event of replacement. In case of refund, Soil Asakusa will refund the amount paid to the Customer within 7days from the day the concerned parties has reached agreement.
